Local PC workstations
The NetMan Desktop Manager client has been installed on local workstations.
Thin clients
Thin clients connect to the NetMan Desktop Manager Terminal Service using Microsoft RDP or the Windows XPe-based NetMan Desktop client.
Branch offices
Branch offices are connected through virtual private networks (VPNs).
Field representatives and telecommuters, public PCs
Employees in the field connect to the NetMan Desktop Manager Terminal Service using VPN tunnels, or access the NetMan Desktop Manager web interface through the integrated SSL gateway.
For flexible access from non-Windows operating systems or from systems that don't permit installation of the NetMan Desktop Client, unrestricted access is still possible through the web front-end and the integrated Java client.
